:( yes my motherboard gave up two days back....trying to fix it as soon as possible...now time to Muh-pe-maaroing 10 rs on the face of the blood sucking cyber cafe waalah....huh!!

Oh man, U r a s/w engineer and u can fix yr mother board? kudos, if you can. lol.
And what kinda 'media stress' test you are performing on your motherboard that it gave up...
Now's the time; fate itself has given you the opprotunity to upgrade your computer to the latest whiz-bang one. I am holding onto a 4 year old computer with 256 MB RAM, and I can't upgrade the comp because this type of RAM (RD ?) is pretty expensive. Changing the computer makes me feel guilty since it is still working :-)
